SHIPPING

Flat Rate Shipping

  • Available via USPS for all domestic and international orders at varying rates
  • Domestic orders generally arrive in 3-5 days
  • Domestic orders over $100 qualify for FREE flat-rate shipping

2-Day Shipping

  • Available via USPS for domestic orders at an extra charge

Orders are generally processed and shipped the next business day

American Herd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. American Herd is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS.

Any order that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.


INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY

All of our items are made in limited quantities and may contain minor imperfections. This is what makes American Herd unique. Due to the hand-crafted nature and effort that goes into every item in the line, our standing inventory is small. Please understand that returns and exchanges may be a longer process than we would like due to our limited quantities and sell-outs. 

Once items sell-out, they may not be available for sale again for a long time, if ever.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. The returned item must be in new/unworn condition and in original packaging.

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. The exchanged item must be in new/unworn condition and in original packaging.
